Our mango is sustainably grown in Northern Thailand by local farmers. The mangoes are left to tree-ripen in the sun and are only picked during the season when the fruit is at its perfect ripeness and bursting with flavour. Once picked, the mangoes are prepared and soft dried at low temperatures to retain their juiceness and natural sweet taste.

Our dried mango comes in big slices - just like you would eat a fresh mango. We prepare the dried mango the Thai way with a very small amout of raw cane sugar to bring out the natural flavours of the fruit.
Eat a a wholesome delicious snack (AM or PM), add it to your breakfast bowl, use it as a flavourful ingredient or serve it with dark chocolate and your favourite nut for an after dinner treat.
