Green salad with dried mango dressing

Healthy and beautiful salad with a sprinkle of sunshine in the form of dried mango.


For the salad:

1 Large head Little Gem

1 Cup Sorrel leaves

6-7 Leaves Radiccio

10-15 Leaves Lettuce

¼ Cup Blueberries

2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds

1 Tbsp Black sesame seeds

3 Slices Dried mango, diced

½ Cup Alfa Alfa sprouts

For the mango dressing:

2 Slices Dried mango

3 Tbsp Apple vinegar

1 Tbsp Olive oil

1 Tsp Mustard

Ground black pepper, to taste

Salt, to taste


1. In a large bowl tear the little gem, lettuce and radiccio.

2. Add the sorrel leaves, blueberries, sprouts and the seeds.

3. For the mango dressing, mix all the ingredients in a food processor until the mixture becomes homogeneous.

4. Add the mango dressing into the salad and mix well.

5. Sprinkle with diced mango and edible flowers.
